Written refund requests will gladly be honored for paid merchandise received by us within 45 days of our ship date (less s&h or processing fee). Refunds will be applied to open balances, if any.
Any check returned NSF (Non Sufficient Funds) will be converted to an electronic debit plus a second debit for your State's allowable fee.

If you ever want to cancel future shipments, just contact THP's customer service department at 1(800)749-3937 (7:30am - 4:30pm Pacific Time). Remember, your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
For those customers who agreed to the "Simplify My Life" program:
For your convenience we will charge your credit card with each monthly shipment and you will receive free s&h on a 30 day supple bottle. A $5 late fee will be add to orders with a balance 75 days after our ship date. To avoid this, please pay on time.
Please be sure to include your customer number on all correspondence, payments and returns. Allow approximately two weeks for processing of payments and returns. If your statement doesn't reflect a recent payment or return, don't worry, chances are they probably just crossed in the mail. If you wish to return an item, please return the bill with your package so we can credit your account properly.
