How do I change the frequency of my shipments?

How long can I try the product? 
Many customers are more than satisfied after trying it for the full 30 days, so please do continue to use it for a full month.  Then decide.  If you have any other questions, call us at 1-800-749-3937.

How do I make a payment on my account?

What is your refund policy? 
Written refund requests will gladly be honored for paid merchandise recevied by us within 45 days of our ship date (less s&h or processing fee). Refunds will be applied to open balances, if any. 
How do I create an account?

How much is my shipping? 
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. 
I forgot my password.

How do I return my product? 
If you wish to return an item, please return the bill with your package so we can credit your account properly. Send the product to: THP @ 11258 Monarch St. Ste. L, Garden Grove, CA 92841.

How do I receive a statement of my account? 
If you would like to receive a copy of your account statement, please send us an email at info@tabaks.com. Be sure to give us your account number, your name and request an account statement.

Do you ship to my country? 
During checkout, we will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, then you should contact customer service at 1-800-749-3937 or email us at info@tabaks.com
What are my payment choices? 
You can pay via credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You can also mail a check or money order. It's not a good idea to mail cash. 
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? 
Your order ships within 24 hours of us receiving your online order. Depending on your shipping option, it could take 5 to 7 business days or 3 to 5 business days for the product to reach you. Please call our customer service department if you have any questions.
